Shipping

SHIPPING TIME - All FEDEX/UPS/USPS orders are typically shipped within 4 days of receipt, unless its a dial/graphic order which takes an additional 8-14 business days for the date the order is placed. All dial/graphic orders are printed per order request. Delivery time for orders shipped via FEDEX/UPS is 1-7 working days. Delivery time for orders sent via U.S. Mail is 2-7 weekdays. Please provide us with your daytime phone number when ordering so that we can contact you regarding any delays or problems with your order.

SHIPPING METHODS - Unless otherwise requested, we ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Services. This does not include Saturday delivery, and keep in mind that if we don't receive your order by 9:30 AM EST the order will not processed the same day. We reserve the right to require prepayment or payment by charge card for express/air shipments. We also ship UPS and FedEx services.

***USPS First Class is not tracked or guaranteed. Once the package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for it. If the package gets lost there is no recovery process and you will need to place a new order for the items lost. Radio Daze will not be held liable for lost or damaged shipments due to customers selecting this service class (FIRST CLASS) from the US Postal Service. Priority provides tracking, its guaranteed and its insured for a minimum $100.00 should it get lost or damaged***

***Radio Daze highly recommends selecting PRIORITY MAIL service when ordering if using the US Postal Service***

UPS/FedEx can not ship to a PO Box, please select US Postal Priority Mail. Any orders containing hazardous or flammable materials, including aerosol cans, cannot be shipped via UPS/FedEx Air Services, or the United States Postal Service. If you purchase these types of items and do not select FEDEX Ground or UPS Ground at checkout we will be sending you a seperate paypal invoice or calling for further payment to cover the difference in shipping rates.

SHIPPING CHARGES - Shipping charges are calculated based on weight through the carriers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) we provide through our site. These are the charges and there will be no refunds or reductions in shipping rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $25 minimum order is required for all international orders, please follow this policy. If you have a question on whether an item can be exported, please contact us. If you order an item and it cannot be exported we will issue a refund and remove the item from your order. Custom declarations will also list the true value (what your invoice states as total) of the items in your order and we will not "reduce" this value or send items to customers as a "gift". We follow strict United States import/export laws.

***If shipping outside of United States, What is difference between First Class and Priority International Mail?***

**First class is a not track-able and non-guaranteed way of shipping. Shipping times may vary as much as 2-3 months from ship date to arrive time depending on your country's customs process. Priority Mail is track-able and guaranteed deliver within 2-3 weeks time depending on your country's customs process. Radio Daze is not liable for any lost or damaged shipments sent USPS First Class Service, you chose this service at your own risk. You will need to reorder items lost or damaged at your own expense**

INSURANCE - A nominal charge for insurance on orders of $150.00 or more will be automatically added to your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you place your order it will go to "Awaiting Shipment" status. This status is simply stating we have your order and are working on it to get it shipped out. Once it is packed and shipped the status will change to "Shipped" or "Completed" as well as tracking will then be provided.
