Radio Daze supports a variety of ordering methods including online ordering and mail orders.

 

ONLINE ORDERING

Online ordering could not be any easier...put an item in your shopping cart and you can check out. You can check out as a "guest" or create an account. 

You can place an order through our website, www.radiodaze.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any issues placing an order through our website, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to promptly remedy any problems. 

 

PHONE ORDERS

Please be advised, phone support is not available regularly. If you need to place an order by phone, please email us and we will respond as soon as we possible can. Email is best and fastest way for asking questions and order updates.

The prices listed on this website are FOB Rochester, New York, payable in U.S. dollars. All quantity price breaks apply per individual part number only. Sorry, no mixing for lower prices. Large quantity pricing is available, call for quotations. Due to market fluctuation and the possibility of errors, pricing on this website may not be accurate. In these cases, Radio Daze is not obligated to honor inaccurate pricing. To verify accurate current pricing, please email info@radiodaze.com

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

PLEASE NOTE: Because of this large number of reproduction graphics offerings, it is not practical to always keep a stock of each and every item always on hand for immediate shipment. Dial/Graphics Shipments typically take no more than 4-8 weeks after order placement and we sincerely appreciate your patience in this regard.

 

***USPS First Class is not tracked or guaranteed. Once the package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for it. If the package gets lost there is no recovery process and you will need to place a new order for the items lost or damaged. Radio Daze will not be held liable for lost or damaged shipments due to customers selecting this service class (FIRST CLASS) from the US Postal Service. Priority provides tracking, its guaranteed and its insured for a minimum $100.00 should it get lost or damaged***

 

 PLEASE NOTE: Once you place your order it will go to "Processing" status. This status is simply stating we have your order and are working on it to get it shipped out. Once it is packed and shipped the status will change to "Shipped" or "Completed" as well as tracking will then be provided.
