Warranty, Returns & Liability


Satisfied customers are most important to Radio Daze.  Order any of the quality products offered on this website and if for any reason you decide that the part does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us, postage paid, within 10 days of receipt (please check all purchases promptly) and we will issue you an exchange or merchandise credit, whichever you prefer. Please note that items must be returned in the same UNUSED and SALEABLE condition as when shipped by Radio Daze, with all original factory packaging, accessories, and any manuals/literature included to receive full credit. No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this.



 There are no other warranties, either express or implied, which extend the foregoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage due to defective, or improper use of, products.



We will at our election, and subject to availability, either replace, repair, or exchange any product we have sold with a defect in materials or workmanship, or issue a credit for the purchase price plus applicable tax, providing you return such product to us, properly packaged and shipping prepaid, with a copy of your invoice and an explanation of the defect. The foregoing shall be the exclusive remedy for defective or nonconforming merchandise.



 Radio Daze shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages including personal injury or loss of income or death, arising out of the purchase or use of a product listed in our website, catalog or any other form of communication. In no event shall our liability exceed the price of the original, unaltered product.



If you have an item to return or exchange, you must call or email Radio Daze for a return authorization number (RA#). This allows us to find out what is wrong and to discuss options with the customer. If a return is authorized based on the below guidelines, then the RA# is issued. Original and Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. If the products are defective, Radio Daze will gladly waive shipping costs to send a replacement order to the customer. The exception to this is when Radio Daze has made an error, then Radio Daze will pay for shipping back to Radio Daze and then back to the customer.

All returned goods must be returned in the original product packaging and in an adequate shipping container in order for the return to be processed. 

If the customer places an order and receives the shipment and part or all of the contents damaged from rough handling, then Radio Daze will send replacement items at no charge and file a claim with the carrier. If the customer places an order and receives the shipment and part or all of the shipment turns out to be defective after it is used/installed (Ex: power transformer faulty), then there are 2 options.*

1) If you are in a hurry, we can send you a replacement right away. For this we charge you only for the part, not for shipping. When you return the defective part to us, we will issue credit back onto your credit card or PayPal account.

2) The slower option is for you to return the part to us via the most affordable method (usually USPS Services) and we will send the replacement to you free of charge once we receive the defective item.

Whichever option you choose, please put a note describing what the problem was and the plan of action taken. A printout of any email correspondence with us is very helpful :)

* Because Radio Daze needs to have the manufacturer test these items to determine any failure cause, a free replacement cannot be sent.


We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee when no evidence of product failure exists if merchandise is returned after the 10-day period.



Claims for damages or errors must be made within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damage must first be reported to Radio Daze and Radio Daze will file claim with the delivering carrier (save all packing and cartons). If damages or errors are reported after the 5 day window - we will unfortunately not be able to have the product returned. We may request pictures of damages to items and packaging for the claim process.
