Unfortunately we do not ship COD.

Can you provide lower value, so I dont have to pay as much to Customs?
Unfortunately due to increasing regulations with all carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) this will not be possible.

What carriers do you use to ship your products?
We mainly use the US Postal Service, UPS, and Federal Express.

When I place my order and I want to use the US Postal Service as the preferred carrier which service class should I select?

USPS First Class is not tracked or guaranteed. Once the package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for it. If the package gets lost or damaged there is no recovery process and you will need to place a new order for the items lost or damaged. Radio Daze will not be held liable for lost or damaged shipments due to customers selecting this service class (FIRST CLASS) from the US Postal Service. Customer will be responsible for all item replacement costs and shipping charges if FIRST CLASS was chosen.

Priority Class provides tracking, its guaranteed and its insured for a minimum $100.00 should it get lost or damaged. Radio Daze highly recommends selecting PRIORITY MAIL service when ordering if using the US Postal Service.

What is the minimum shipping charge?

The minimum shipping charge is all based on what you are purchasing and where it is being shipped to. Our system is directly connected to the preferred shippers and their calculators to provide accurate shipping costs for your order.

If shipping outside of United States, What is difference between First Class and Priority International Mail?

First class is a not track-able and non-guaranteed way of shipping. Shipping times may vary as much as 2-3 months from ship date to arrive time depending on your country's customs process. Priority Mail is track-able and guaranteed deliver within 2-3 weeks time depending on your country's customs process.

Radio Daze is not liable or responsible for any packages lost or damaged because of customer choosing FIRST CLASS mail service to ship internationally. Customer will be responsible for any and all charges to replace items (damaged or lost) and to ship those replacement items.

Radio Daze highly recommends selecting PRIORITY MAIL service when ordering if using the US Postal Service.
