Radio Daze Rewards

Radio Daze is proud to have been in business for over 25 years due to the continued support of our loyal customers. In recognition of that customer loyalty, we are pleased to announce our “Radio Daze Rewards” program!

This program is based on the total of customer purchases of products from Radio Daze on an annual calendar basis, i.e. January 1^st to December 31st. As your purchase totals grow during the year, you as a customer earn the opportunity for greater rewards in the form of subsequent order discounts in the balance of the year. Please note in order to be eligible for the Radio Daze Rewards program, you must have a registered account. Purchases made as a “Guest” do not qualify for the program.

Reward Tiers

Bronze ($250.00-$499.99) – 8% discount on subsequent registered customer product purchases for remainder of that year

Silver ($500.00 to 749.99) – 10% discount on subsequent registered customer product purchases for remainder of the year

Gold ($750.00 to $999.99) – 12% discount on subsequent registered customer product purchases for remainder of the year

Platinum ($1000.00+) – 15% discount on subsequent registered customer product purchases for remainder of the year

An Example of How the Rewards Program Works

Say you are working towards the Bronze level – you are at $173.42 in year-to-date product purchases and place a new order for a total of $87.45 in product purchases. Upon completion of that order, your new year-to-date purchase total is now $260.87 ($173.42 + $87.45) and you have qualified for the “Bronze” reward tier. Your account will be tagged for the upgrade during an end of the week review (following the date you place the qualifying order) and your account will be upgraded. You will enjoy the Bronze Reward Tier discount level on product purchases in orders subsequently placed during the remainder of the year unless you spend more to reach the Silver Reward Tier, Gold Reward Tier or the Platinum Tier. As your product purchases increase your account will be upgraded accordingly. Each customer account will be reviewed at the end of each week. If your account qualifies for an upgrade in “Radio Daze Rewards” it will be done by Monday morning (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) of the upcoming week. You will receive an email notifying you of your upgraded account and tier level. Your account will be coded with the discount so you do not need to enter any coupon codes or any special codes at checkout.

Rules and Regulations

•  The Radio Daze Rewards program is only for registered customer accounts. Purchases made as a “Guest” do not qualify. To register, please go to: https://www.radiodaze.com/creating-and-using-your-account/

• Rewards tier levels are the year-to-date total purchases of products made by the registered customer account. Tax and shipping amounts are not included.

• Rewards are not transferable and can be redeemed only by the customer account as registered.

• Rewards are in the form of discounts on product purchases in orders subsequently placed after a reward tier is reached. Any given order will be eligible for potential reward tier discount at the tier that existed prior to the order and all items purchased in that order will be at the same discount level. Other than as applied to subsequent orders placed, delivered and paid for, rewards have no intrinsic cash value.

• Any product return credits issued will be deducted from the year-to-date total purchase level that determines the Rewards program tier.

• This program runs annually (January 1^st to December 31^st inclusive). At the beginning of each year your account will be reset to zero.

• This program only applies to all "non-custom" products. 

• Radio Daze reserves the right to make changes to or end this program at any time. Any rewards earned prior to such actions will be honored.
