Radio Daze sells quality vacuum tubes originally designed for a wide range of applications including consumer electronics (radio/television/audio),industrial, commercial, military and amateur radio uses. The original manufacturers of our tubes tend to be the major electronics manufacturers of their time, both in the US and worldwide, and include such industrial juggernauts of the vintage era as RCA, General Electric, Sylvania, Raytheon, Philco, Motorola, Mullard, Amperex, etc.

AVAILABILITY 

We attempt to keep NOS inventory on all of the tube types listed. However it some cases it may be a white box NOS (due to buying a factory bulk lot or unbranded tube lot) or a used tube (sent to you in a white box) that passes all measurement criteria. Tubes are tested on two different testers before shipment - once on a NAVY TV-7 tester and the other on a computerized Card-O-Matic Tester.

Due to the increasing rarity of some tube types, availability at any given time may be limited or we may be in an out-of-stock situation.

Because we are also buying additional vacuum tube inventory continuously, availability on rarer tube types changes quite often. Please check with us frequently for updated availability on rarer tubes or tubes not listed. We will try to keep all tubes updated in terms of availability on this website.

Due to increasing rarity of vacuum tubes - Radio Daze cannot match tubes or be brand specific. We can attempt if requested to meet certain brand requests, however we do have tubes that are unbranded from Bulk Factory lots that may be sold and tubes sold in “white box”  to you to fulfill your requests.

QUALITY CONTROL

Every vacuum tube we sell is tested to meet or exceed industry standard requirements before it is shipped. We mark each tube we sell with a unique stamp, invisible to the naked eye, which allows us to confirm that our tubes have passed our testing process and also to verify any tubes that may be returned were originally ours.

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with our product quality and service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving order).

CHECKING YOUR TUBE PURCHASE

Please check your tube purchase upon receipt. We need to be notified at once, no more than 3 days after receipt of order, if there is a problem (except any dealing with issues described or stated above - white box, unbranded tube, etc).

Please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return the tube for evaluation by our technical staff. After evaluation, we will contact you regarding credit or replacement.
