Was unsure about aerosol spray lacquers because I've never used them before but the outcome was beautiful. Decided when I read some positive reviews Practiced a little before starting on the project . I also used an easy spray trigger device over the button and can top which helped with accuracy and made spraying easier. Inexpensive at HD or LOWES and well worth it!! . Put several thin spray coats 30-40 minutes apart from each other on an antique 1938 Air Castle Table radio. ( Follow directions and do several or more thin quick coats. Overlap but don't linger on your passes or you will get drip marks. ) The finish was so impressive that I debated on whether i even needed to rub it out. I called Mohawk and spoke to Aaron, a very knowledgeable tech, about curing and rubbing out process. He was very helpful. I have used brushing clear gloss lacquer in the past with an OK results. Messy and not easy to apply. I will be using this product quite a bit now. Good luck on your projects and give this product a try. Lou
