What does "Awaiting Shipment" mean?
 Once you place your order it will go to "Awaiting Shipment" status. This status is simply stating we have your order and are working on it. Once it is packed and shipped the status will change to "Shipped" or "Completed" as well as tracking will then be provided. 

   I just placed an order and need to add something?
Yes it is possible if the order hasnt been processed. We do process orders quickly - please keep that in mind. To add something to an order - please call us at 877-653-8823 or 585-624-1099 to have the item added. 
 

   Do you accept Paypal?
YES WE DO!! Our site is PayPal linked and payments may be made through that system when you are checking out. 
 

  
Can I place a phone order?
We welcome phone orders anytime during normal business hours. Please call us at 877-653-8823 and we will take your order :) 
 

   Can I place a fax order?
YES YOU CAN! We accept fax orders 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week. You may place your order by fax to 585-624-1138.
