PRICING - The prices listed on this website are FOB Mendon, New York, payable in U.S. dollars. All quantity price breaks apply per individual part number only. Sorry, no mixing for lower prices. Large quantity pricing is available, call for quotations. Due to market fluctuation and the possibility of errors, pricing on this website may not be accurate. Payment Methods
CHARGE CARDS - We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Amex. Please have your card handy when calling. We will require information from the front and back of the card for security purposes, including the CVV Code. If authorization cannot be obtained for your charge card at the time of shipment, you will need to make arrangements for an alternate form of payment within one week of notification. PREPAID - You can send in a money order, company check, or personal check with your order. We must hold all orders paid by a personal check or company check until the check has cleared; please allow two weeks. Orders paid for with guaranteed funds (I.E. money order, cashier's check, certified check, wire transfer) will ship within 24 hours of receipt.
OPEN ACCOUNT - Open account status will be granted to qualified firms upon approval. Contact the sales department for a credit application. Schools, hospitals, and government agencies need only submit an authorized purchase order by mail for immediate acceptance NEW YORK CUSTOMERS - We are required by law to collect 8.25% New York state sales tax from residents of New York. New York businesses must submit a tax exempt certificate to avoid being charged sales tax. RETURNED CHECKS - There will be a $30.00 returned check charge added to the face amount of any check returned to Radio Daze, plus any legal fees incurred.
Shipping Information
SHIPPING TIME - All FEDEX/UPS/USPS orders are shipped within 36 hours of receipt (all attempts will be made to get the order out in 24 hours unless product has become out of stock or delays due to printing). Delivery time for orders shipped via FEDEX/UPS is 1-7 working days. Delivery time for orders sent via U.S. Mail is 2-7 weekdays. Please provide us with your daytime phone number when ordering so that we can contact you regarding any delays or problems with your order. SHIPPING METHODS - Unless otherwise requested, we ship via FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. We recommend USPS Express Service if express shipment is needed. This does not include Saturday delivery, and keep in mind that if we don't receive your order by 11:00 AM EST the order will go out the same day. We reserve the right to require prepayment or payment by charge card for express/air shipments. We also ship UPS and FedEx services.
UPS/FedEx can not ship to a PO Box, please select US Postal Priority Mail. Any orders containing hazardous or flammable materials, including aerosol cans, cannot be shipped via UPS/FedEx Air Services, or the United States Postal Service. We often recommend shipping these items via UPS Ground/FedEx Ground separately, so that other urgent items can still be shipped via express methods. SHIPPING CHARGES - Minimum shipping charge of $5.00 will be charged to all orders. All other shipping charges are what the carrier charges Radio Daze, LLC. to get the item to you. We unfortunately do not do C.O.D Orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - $25 minimum order is required for all international orders (does not apply to Canada). INSURANCE - A nominal charge for insurance on orders of $150.00 or more will be automatically added to your order. Important Notes BACKORDERS - Items that are in stock will be shipped when the order is processed. Shipping charges for the entire order will be made at this time. Out-of-stock items will ship when they become available. We will pro-rate shipping so that the backordered items when charged shipping aren't an "additional cost" from the original order shipping.
RETURNS - Report defective products to 877-653-8823 or 585-624-1099 and obtain proper authorization (RMA#). Package carefully to avoid damage in transit. If item is damaged in shipping back to Radio Daze - we will not be able to accept the return and you must file a claim with the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). Ship via USPS Priority in US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. If Radio Daze determines that the return is not due to a mistake made by Radio Daze, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee may be applied. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES - Claims for damages or errors must be made within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damage must first be reported to the delivering carrier (save all packing and cartons). If damages or errors are reported after the 5 day window - we will unfortunately not be able to have the product returned.
